While we cannot offer a manufacturer's warranty on used power wheelchairs, we do provide a limited warranty on the condition of the equipment at the time of purchase. This warranty covers major mechanical and electrical components for a period of 5 days from the date of purchase.

Return Policy:

We understand that purchasing a used power wheelchair is a significant decision. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days for a full refund, minus a restocking fee of 30%.

To be eligible for a return, the wheelchair must be returned in its original condition, with all original parts and accessories. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
